A quick note about the rug backing:
If you notice some color on the white, non-slip side of your rug, don’t worry — it’s not mold or damage. This is simply color transfer from being stored or shipped alongside other rugs. The deep dyes used in primitive-style rugs can sometimes rub off slightly onto neighboring pieces during transit or while stacked together.

It won’t affect the rug’s performance or appearance on the top side, and the backing is still clean and safe to use.
