Please use our secure on-line shopping cart to place your order.  If you experience any difficulties in placing an order please contact us.  You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received and another when it ships out.  You are welcome to place your order by phone if you prefer at 816-569-3911.

***Payments Accepted***

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders and Personal Checks.
  • Credit Cards are charged at time of purchase, NOT when the item ships.
  • Personal Checks - merchandise will not be shipped until check clears approximately 3 weeks and a $30 service charge will be assessed on all returned checks.

***Sales Tax***

  • Missouri residents will be charged 8.475% sales tax on items not including freight.


  • All in stock items will be shipped within 5 - 7 days if not sooner (unless noted on the listed).  If an item is out of stock you'll be notified of the estimated ship time.  If your order contains items that are out of stock (and is stated on the website), the order will be held until all items can be shipped complete.
  • Shipping amounts are calculated by the size and weight of the item and are calculated from our zip code to the shipping destination zip code.  You have your option of selecting UPS or the US Postal Service.  If your order qualifies for our free shipping offer we will select which ever is the least amount.
  • A package is not considered as "LOST" until it hasn't been scanned or moved in 30 day.  I refund cannot be issued until it is considered lost.
  • If you refuse a shipment, you are still responsible for the outbound shipping and any return shipping charges plus a 5% restocking fee.
  • We are not responsible for stolen packages that have been delivered.
  • We are not responsible if you enter your address incorrectly.
  • No returns on International Orders.

***Unfortunately, we are not able to take international orders online at this time, if you wish to order, please email with the items you are interested in, along with your address***

Please note that international orders will have additional customs duties and clearance fees due upon receiving from your respective country in addition to your order total.  Any orders that are refused will be charged the shipping fees incurred to ship it to you as well as the return shipping back to us along with the restocking fee of 5%.

***Return/Refund Policy***

There will be a 5% restocking fee on all returns or cancelled orders.  

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund, less the original shipping charge and a 5% restocking fee.  All clearance items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

A return authorization number is REQUIRED, please email or call 816-569-3911 for that authorization number. Store Credit will be issued if no return authorization is is obtained. All Store Credits must be used within 2 years.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the order was incorrectly processed by us.  

All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging in new unwashed condition.  If they are not in the original packaging, a store credit will be issued with a 25% restocking fee. All Store Credits must be used within 2 years.

A Store Credit will be issued if a Return Authorization number is not obtained.

If the order ships out with free shipping the amount of the shipping incurred will also be deducted from the refund.

If you refuse a shipment, you are still responsible for the outbound shipping and any return shipping charges plus a 5% restocking fee.

Returned light fixtures that have been installed will have an additional 20% restocking fee to have it rewired.
