📖 Do you have a printed catalog?

We do not offer printed catalogs at this time, but we’re always happy to help you shop by phone! Just give us a call at 816-569-3911 during our business hours.

💰 Do you offer layaway?

Yes, we do! We offer a 90-day Lay-A-Way Plan on orders of $100 or more.

  • 1/3 down payment is required to start

  • 1/3 payment due each month for the remaining two months

  • Layaway is handled manually, so just contact us to get started!

👉 Please note:
Layaway deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied toward a new order if plans change.

📦 When will my order ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 5–7 business days (if not sooner). If your order includes backordered items, we’ll wait to ship until everything is available. You’ll receive an email with tracking once it’s on the way!

🔁 What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. A small 5% restocking fee and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number before sending anything back. (see order information)

🛍️ Do you offer wholesale?

We do not offer wholesale pricing, but we encourage you to browse our clearance section for great deals on discontinued or seasonal items!
