By placing an order with Allyson’s Place, you agree to the following terms:

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Allyson’s Place is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping & Fulfillment
We work with multiple fulfillment partners. Selecting a shipping carrier at checkout does not guarantee that specific carrier will be used. The final shipping method is determined by the warehouse fulfilling your order to ensure timely and efficient delivery. If you have a preferred carrier, you may note it on your order; however, carrier requests cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping timelines are estimates and begin once an order has shipped, not from the date the order is placed.

Delivery Confirmation

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. Allyson’s Place is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after placement and may not be able to be modified or canceled once submitted.
